We will work with you to understand the exact requirements for your test team. From assessing skill sets and cultural fit we will then present you with a shortlist of Ten10 Engineers from which you are welcome to conduct your own selection process.

Whilst performing as a dedicated member of your team, they will also receive online training, performance reviews and career development from the Ten10 Learning Team as well as ongoing support from the Ten10 Pastoral Care Team to facilitate seamless onboarding and develop valuable evolving skills.
